Essential Food Hygiene

The Essential Food Hygiene course is longer and more comprehensive than the Food Hygiene Awareness course and is designed for staff who actually take part in the preparation of food.

Anyone who actually prepares, processes or retails food.

This would include chefs, cooks, care workers, nursery nurses, sales staff etc.

Recognition: 
  • Royal Society of Health Certificate
  • Department of Health
  • Meets the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1995
